i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean and well equipped. the location was central and very handy for the station.

I discovered peanuts on the floor. This was shocking! the manager showed a complete lack of empathy and offered no apology.

The room was quite spacious.

The pillows were too soft. They provided no support. I also had to pay extra to use the facilities, specifically the pool. An extra charge seemed excessive after I had already paid for the room.

The signature room provided beautiful high-quality furniture. I found the service attentive and thoughtful. I felt very special . The hotel provided excellent spa treatments for us.

I noticed limited choices regarding tonic water brands at the bar. This impacted diabetic guests or those sensitive to sweeteners. I was looking forward to more variety.

Some Issues During My Stay

disorganized staff key card issues

The location was convenient, near the train station and city center.

The staff seemed disorganized. I requested a shower after a race four times! I received conflicting information about payment and timing, and the key card failed. This created frustration, especially with language barriers.
